This product rapidly disperses to quickly establish chlorine protection. It stabilizes pool water and extends the disinfectant's life. Use a reliable test kit to determine the stabilizer concentration in the pool water. Follow the included chart to bring the pool water to the desired range of 40-100 ppm.

If the pool is new, just refilled, or has no stabilizer, add 4 oz. of this product per 1000 gallons to achieve the desired range of 40-100 ppm. Slowly add this product into the skimmer or, if desired, premix it in a pail of warm water and then add it directly to the skimmer. Ensure the filter is clean, and recirculate the water continuously for 24 hours to ensure complete dissolution.

Always maintain the chlorine residual in your pool at 2.0-4.0 ppm and the pH at 7.4-7.6.

Cyanuric acid for pools helps reduce chlorine loss. The recommended cyanuric acid level is 40-100 ppm. Adding 6 ounces of this product raises the cyanuric acid level by 10 ppm per 5,000 gallons of water. Increasing the cyanuric acid level decreases chlorine loss due to sunlight, reducing chlorine consumption by up to 25% and improving the effectiveness of chlorine.
